Role Overview

We are hiring a battle-tested GTM leader for the U.S. market-someone who can own revenue, close complex enterprise deals, and build our go-to-market engine from 0-1.

You will operate at the intersection of AI, robotics, and enterprise deployment, working directly with technical and executive stakeholders at leading tech companies.

his is a high-ownership, quota-carrying role. You are expected to personally drive revenue and build a scalable sales motion, not just support it.

What You'll Do

Own the Full Sales Cycle & Revenue

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales: outbound - discovery - solutioning - close
  • Build and convert a pipeline of high-value accounts (AI labs, robotics companies, frontier tech players)
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with technical and executive buyers
  • Take full accountability for revenue targets and delivery outcomes

Build GTM from 0-1

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for AI/data products in the U.S.
  • Lead product localization and commercialization for global markets
  • Turn early wins into repeatable, scalable playbooks

Own Strategic Accounts & Partnerships

  • Build deep relationships with enterprise customers from initial discovery to long-term partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to engineering, research, and product teams
  • Drive expansions, renewals, and multi-threaded stakeholder alignment

Build & Lead the Team

  • Scale and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Establish a culture of ownership, execution, and accountability

Who You Are

  • Proven deal closer with experience owning enterprise revenue targets
  • 0-1 builder who has launched or scaled new markets successfully
  • Technically fluent in AI, data, robotics, or related fields
  • Experienced in complex enterprise sales with multi-stakeholder environments
  • High ownership & execution intensity - you take responsibility for results
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical field preferred
