Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies tailored to the pharma and biotech sectors to enhance shareholder value and support our clients' financial goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders for our pharma and biotech clients.
- Prepare and present quarterly earnings reports, press releases, and other financial communications specific to the pharma and biotech industries.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to promote our clients' vision, pipeline, and performance.
- Analyze market trends, shareholder feedback, and competitive positioning within the pharma and biotech sectors to inform senior management and drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and regulatory requirements specific to pharma and biotech.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
