$130,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Role Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of core user journeys, from initial concepts to polished UI.
- Define and evolve the look, feel, and flow of the Mercor platform across complex workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship new features and refine existing ones.
- Translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- Establish and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired by best-in-class tools.
- Contribute to and help shape Mercor’s overall design philosophy and culture.
- Ensure the product experience is self-explanatory and easy to learn without explicit instruction.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product design within fast-moving or high-quality product environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX depth and visual polish.
- Strong experience collaborating with engineers and understanding implementation constraints.
- Ability to operate autonomously and define design processes in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort participating in product discussions, prioritization, and feature execution.
- Passion for building intuitive, elegant, and user-centric products.
- Experience with internal tools, marketplaces, or AI-driven products is a plus.
