Work Structure Location: Los Angeles (field-based) Type: Full-time Schedule: 5 days/week, with frequent on-site events Overview We are looking for a highly driven and communicative Creator Recruitment Specialist to join our TikTok Go Local Service team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential creators into active partners within our ecosystem. You will play a critical role in expanding our creator network by driving acquisition, onboarding, and long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities Creator Acquisition & Outreach Identify and engage potential creators across all platforms Conduct daily outreach through our communication channels Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creators Creator Onboarding & Conversion Guide creators through the onboarding process (including platform setup, Discord onboarding, and system binding) Host 1:1 meetings and group sessions with interested creators Convert interested leads into successfully onboarded and bound creators Relationship Management Maintain consistent communication with potential creators Build trust and long-term relationships within the creator community Provide timely support, answer questions, and follow up on onboarding progress Offline Recruitment & Partnerships Participate in and support offline events for creator recruitment Build partnerships with local organizations, communities, and institutions Expand creator sourcing channels beyond online acquisition Data Tracking & Performance Management Track creator pipeline and conversion performance using Excel / Google Sheets / database systems Maintain accurate records of outreach, onboarding status, and conversion metrics Optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights Requirements Core Skills Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and results Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Technical & Platform Skills Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / data tracking tools / email marketing tools Familiar with Discord and online community management Active user of TikTok , with strong awareness of trends and creator ecosystem Preferred Qualifications Experience in creator recruitment / influencer marketing / sales / BD / community management Proven track record in conversion-driven roles Experience working in startup or high-growth environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
