About The Role
Old Navy is seeking an organized and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our growing creator and influencer programs. In this role, you’ll help bring influencer campaigns to life by supporting execution, creator relationships, and day‑to‑day operations that drive brand awareness and engagement across social platforms.
What You’ll Do
Support influencer discovery, casting, and outreach aligned to campaign goals
Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Help develop creative briefs and campaign documentation
Coordinate seeding, gifting, and product shipments to creators
Support contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking processes
Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking using CreatorIQ
Collaborate with social, PR, creative, and paid media teams
Stay up to date on social trends, creators, and platform best practices
Who You Are
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Passionate about influencer marketing and creator culture
A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Salary Range: $76,400 – $95,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
