Job Description
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Development of project design, code research, and production of construction documentation.
Coordination of the construction documents that accurately implement the design intent.
Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design, document decisions, and next steps.
Manage construction administration processes by making site visits and addressing technical issues with guidance from the project team.
Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives.
Managing junior staff across all phases of design and construction administration.
Support Project Manager in development of project timelines.
Job Requirements
Professional degree.
3-6 years of experience in multifamily / mixed-use architecture is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of building materials, specifications, and construction administration processes.
Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines.
Revit and SketchUp proficiency.

Bachelor's Degree
