This position is 100% onsite at our Orange, CA office.
We are seeking an experienced Amenity Senior Job Captain to join our team, focusing on creating comprehensive construction documents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical interior architecture and be adept at collaborating with various consultants and clients to develop, refine and implement design intent.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with interior designers, clients, and building system consultants to ensure cohesive project development.
Technical Expertise:
Apply in-depth knowledge of interior architecture.
Integrate building systems into the overall design intent.
Develop design details.
Resolve design issues.
Role Involvement
5-10 years of experience in interior architecture, with a focus on amenities being a plus.
Develop and refine construction documents to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Ability to incorporate building systems into the design intent within construction documents.
Skills in resolving design issues and creating detailed design solutions.
Qualifications
Revit proficiency: 5-10 years of Revit experience in all project phases.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Analytical skills to effectively address and resolve design challenges.
