ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate.

As a Digital Sales Associate, you will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner introducing ADP's leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.

You will provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business. In addition, we are known for our high-quality sales training and will teach you how to use the latest technology to set you up for success.

To start, your leader will provide daily goals around the number of dials, talk time, and appointments set – all to give you an optimal start. As you prove yourself and settle into the role, you’ll find autonomy, flexibility within your daily schedule, a set Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and virtual appointments that do not require travel.

What You’ll Do

Grow Our Business While Growing Yours – work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.

Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans – implement a sales strategy targeting decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.

Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family – strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts while selling cloud‑based human resources solutions.

Collaborate Daily – serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

To Succeed in This Role

Acumen Using New Tools – quick learner who thrives with new tools and technology, leveraging insights and real‑time data to support clients throughout the buying journey.

Positive Self‑Starter – upbeat, persistent, able to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection, managing time and presenting ideas clearly and professionally while using go‑to‑market technology.

Continuous Learner – always learning, growing, and questioning past practices to make things better.

Experience – a college degree is great but not required. Acceptable experience includes two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship, and military experience.

Bonus Points for These

Prior quota‑carrying experience.

Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.

Experience with video platforms.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $15.00 – USD $28.27 per hour. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
