Position Overview
Personal Banker (bilingual preferred English/Spanish) – Sienna location, Missouri City, TX. Assist credit union members with a variety of financial transactions in a personable, professional manner. Work with existing membership and solicit new members to use credit union products and services. Flexible 4/10 schedule with rotational Saturdays required. Monthly incentives are paid out based on meeting company metrics.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized financial services and advice to members.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and other transactions accurately.
Promote and sell credit union products and services to current and potential members.
Maintain member relationships, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Achieve monthly performance metrics and quotas.
Earn monthly incentives by meeting company metrics.
Qualifications
1–3 years of retail and/or financial institution experience.
Track record of meeting goals and quotas.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Multilingual ability preferred (English/Spanish).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
