We are seeking a Bilingual Real Estate Buyer's Agent to serve Spanish‑speaking clients. EmpowerHome has an overflow of vetted buyer appointments and requires agents to convert these leads into sales. Training and support will be provided weekly.
Responsibilities
Meet with motivated buyers, determine their needs, and assist them throughout the entire process of buying a home.
Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients.
Apply lead follow‑up systems to grow the sales pipeline.
Provide world‑class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals.
Host team open houses monthly; all open house leads are assigned to the hosting agent.
Work within the CRM workflow system and maintain an up‑to‑date calendar availability for appointments.
Participate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed real estate agent.
Bilingual (Spanish).
Full‑time availability.
Technology‑driven and comfortable using CRM tools.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Driven, self‑motivated, and desiring professional growth.
Proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
Organized with strong time‑management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Can‑do, positive attitude with problem‑solving abilities.
Compensation $75,000 – $150,000+ commission based.
