Position Overview At Chad Burtch State Farm, we help individuals and families protect what matters most through customized insurance and financial solutions. We provide elite training, paid licensing support, high‑quality leads, and a performance‑driven culture where top producers can earn $100,000+ in year one. We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as a Life & Health Sales Representative. This in‑person role will focus on life‑insurance conversations and sales opportunities, and also help clients with property & casualty products such as auto and home insurance when needed. You’ll work inbound and outbound leads, current customers, and referral opportunities to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and close business.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with inbound and outbound leads provided by the company.

Help clients evaluate life‑insurance and protection needs.

Present and close life‑insurance solutions.

Cross‑sell auto, home, and other property & casualty products.

Build long‑term client relationships and referral business.

Follow a proven sales process and performance goals.

Participate in coaching and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.

Competitive and self‑motivated mindset.

Comfortable in a commission‑based environment.

Coachable and eager to learn.

Sales experience is a plus, not required.

Licensing required (study material and licensing support provided).

Compensation Base pay of $8,000 to $12,000 per month plus an uncapped commission structure. Top first‑year producers can exceed $100,000.
