Description Duties include providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, President, and Executive Team to ensure efficient office operations. Manage incoming calls, schedule meetings and conference calls, greet and assist visitors, and perform day‑to‑day office functions including filing, document preparation, copying and scanning. Oversee office equipment maintenance—coordinate repairs, manage inventories, and evaluate new equipment and tools. Maintain office supply inventory by anticipating needs, placing orders, and tracking stock levels. Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence. Maintain and organize active sales and listing files for real estate agents. Track and monitor real estate license renewal deadlines for agents and the company. Uphold a professional and courteous communication standard across all channels—phone, email, and in person. Prepare materials for presentations, client meetings and internal briefings. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for company employees. Support planning and execution of client entertainment, lodging and hospitality events—including delivering documents, correspondence, checks and other materials as needed. Perform data entry in Excel and fixed asset management software. $40–$48K and benefits package.

Qualifications Great communication skills and several years of executive admin experience.
