About the Role
We’re looking for someone who understands the world of beauty, influencers, and digital culture, and who wants to design the visuals that live across social media, campaigns, and online experiences. The role focuses on marketing content and requires a high level of visual craft.
What you’ll be doing:
Design and develop digital assets for campaigns, website, email marketing, and social media.
Create paid media creatives adapted for different formats and platforms.
Translate creative concepts and art direction into high‑quality visual executions.
Ensure visual consistency across all digital channels.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth teams in campaign and content development.
Propose visual references, inspiration, and design ideas that elevate the creative work.
Adapt and optimize creatives for different formats and digital platforms.
Stay up to date with digital design trends, social media content, and beauty visual culture.
What we are looking for:
3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital content.
Experience designing assets for social media, paid media, email marketing, and web.
Excellent eye for typography, composition, aesthetics, and visual craft.
Strong understanding of digital formats and best practices across platforms.
Experience working in digital marketing or e‑commerce environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Highly organized with strong time‑management and task‑follow‑up skills.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
English language proficiency for collaboration within a global team.
Experience working with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Experience with performance marketing or conversion‑focused campaigns.
