Role Overview As part of MVE’s continued expansion into the digital market, we are seeking an experienced
Talent Manager
to join our dynamic London‑based team. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of digital campaigns with our talent, developing strategies for brand partnerships, and ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with both our talent roster and brand partners, taking ownership of campaign delivery from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Talent Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with talent, ensuring they receive the support and guidance necessary to elevate their digital presence and achieve campaign success.
Brand Outreach & Campaign Strategy:
Leading outreach efforts to brands and managing the strategic direction of campaigns, identifying opportunities for collaboration that align with both brand goals and talent strengths.
Campaign Execution & Oversight:
Overseeing the end‑to‑end management of digital campaigns, from briefing talent and managing timelines to tracking campaign performance and providing detailed reports.
Cross‑functional Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams, including Accounts, Creative, and Operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution across all campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collecting, analysing, and presenting data on campaign performance, identifying trends, and using insights to inform future strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Working with alongside Senior Managers to implement the MVE way of working.
Adhering to MVEs systems and processes.
Hitting targets set by senior management.
Use data analytics to create analytical reports.
Writing and editing copy, using Beacons and company assets to be used in the pitch process.
You will be using G‑suite file sharing, Word, Monday and Slack on a daily basis, so previous experience of these programs is desirable.
Calendar management.
Manage client logistics for events and talent commitments including call sheets, travel, accommodation, security, timings.
Communicating with various teams across the group of companies.
Look for opportunities to flip activity to the wider roster.
Assist in securing brand partnerships for our existing roster of talent clients.
Assist in the managing and nurturing of existing clients.
Assisting on brand partnerships, which includes writing the brief into our template, helping the talent execute the campaign, sending content for approval and assisting on any post‑campaign analysis.
General industry awareness of emerging new platforms, potential clients and brands.
Respond to incoming client queries.
Train and mentor younger team members / assistants.
Communicate with both the UK & US team and assist in the implementation of backend procedures and processes across the dept as a whole.
Generally work collaboratively if there is something that needs to be done. We are a very, all‑hands‑on‑deck company.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and the influencer landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with talent and brands.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive successful brand campaigns.
Detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and a natural team player with a collaborative mindset.
Specifications
Knowledge of the digital influencer landscape.
Broad knowledge of the entertainment business and media industry.
Confident and able to use initiative.
Able to prioritise tasks and manage time, especially with high work volumes.
Strong IT skills to include Word, Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Keynote and cloud based services such as G‑suite.
Articulate and concise both in verbal and written communication.
Demonstrable experience in curating emails and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Motivated, ambitious and willing to learn.
Good phone manner.
Thrives under pressure, remains calm in situations and has the ability to multitask.
