The ANNIKA Women's All Pro Tour partners with the LPGA and the Epson Tour, providing top-performing players opportunities to progress to LPGA Qualifying School and beyond. The All Pro Tour serves as a platform for aspiring golf professionals striving to join the Korn Ferry and PGA Tours.
Role Description
K&G Sports is seeking a full-time Media Producer to join its team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch a career in sports marketing and media.
The Digital Media Producer will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing high-quality video content and multimedia projects to highlight the tours’ events, players, and initiatives. The role also includes managing digital media channels, creating engaging social media content, and supporting and promoting partner brands and tour initiatives through digital content and campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Broadcast Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
Comfortable conducting on-camera interviews with players and stakeholders
Strong photography skills, with an eye for composition and storytelling
Excellent writing and editing abilities, including press releases and tournament recaps
Proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
Ability to develop and execute content plans across multiple platforms
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods (2–4 consecutive weeks) during tournament season (April–September)
Ability to work remotely during non-tournament weeks
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media strategy across tour platforms, including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Flickr
Create and publish engaging content that aligns with brand voice and drives audience growth
Support and promote partner brands and tour initiatives through digital content and campaigns
Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing use
Design graphics and multimedia assets to enhance digital storytelling and engagement
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to inform content strategy
Operate professional equipment, including Sony A7III cameras and DJI drones, to capture on-site content
Preferred Skills
Prior experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.)
Graphic design experience with a strong visual eye
Familiarity with website management platforms, particularly Squarespace
Knowledge of golf and the professional golf landscape
Willingness to relocate to the Dallas, Texas area
Compensation
Starting salary - $30,000-$35,000 depending on experience, SIMPLE Retirement Program, and Healthcare options available.
