Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sainte Genevieve, MO. As an Industrial Customer Account Representative at EPI, you will act as the vital liaison between the company and its clients. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services while providing exceptional customer support. Duties
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and provide follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied. Responsible for keeping customer records, process customer accounts and file all necessary documents utilizing quickbooks database. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the required systems and resources. Develop customer relationships to ensure company is a valued supplier of choice. Prepare accurate and timely sales information and reports. Responsible to know all product availability, use, benefits, and pricing structure. Enter orders accurately into quickbooks for accurate inventory record keeping. Confirms all technical information with the customer and enters the orders into the system. Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with shop policies, procedures, and standards. Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure. Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management. Qualifications
Experience working in a technical or industrial organization, providing customer service and inside sales support. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft office software, QuickBooks and outlook. Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple customers. Must be self-motivated and driven professionally.
