About The Role We are partnering with a well-established organization in the insurance and financial services industry to identify a talented Studio Designer. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with strong production experience who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
Job Description The Studio Designer will play a key role within an in-house creative studio, producing high-quality print and static digital design assets that support enterprise-wide marketing and communications initiatives. This role requires strong production expertise, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and close collaboration with cross-functional creative partners, all while maintaining strict brand consistency and attention to detail.
Develop and execute design concepts aligned with strategic business goals and accessibility standards
Produce print and static digital assets in accordance with established brand guidelines
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the creative process
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Prioritize tasks, problem-solve independently, and adapt to shifting schedules
Source, retouch, and manipulate images to support design solutions
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all final deliverables
Qualifications Required
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign with hands-on experience in print production
Working knowledge of static digital design production
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Associate degree, Bachelor of Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
3–5 years of experience in a corporate, studio, or agency setting
Strong skills in designing graphs, charts, and data-driven visuals
