Stokes Lawrence is seeking a mid‑level associate to join our growing commercial real estate practice in our Seattle office. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex matters in a collaborative and client‑focused environment.
About the Team Our commercial real estate and corporate transactional team partners with clients to structure and execute sophisticated real estate and business transactions. The attorneys guide clients through every stage of a transaction, from acquisition and financing to joint ventures, recapitalization, construction, development, leasing, management, and disposition. We also advise clients on fund formation, management, and investment.
About the Role We are seeking a mid‑level associate who is ready to take on transactions with increasing responsibility, autonomy, and direct client interaction. You will work alongside seasoned professionals who value mentorship, professional development, and long‑term career development. This position offers a clear path for advancement and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a dynamic and high‑growth practice area.
We are looking for:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for client‑facing work and team‑based problem solving
Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For third to fifth year candidates, the expected annual salary range is
$146,000 – $169,000 .
Associates are eligible for non‑discretionary hours bonuses of up to $15,000 per quarter (up to $60,000 annually). Bonus amounts begin at 1400 annualized hours. Additional opportunities for a discretionary annual bonus are available.
