Italian Speaking - Regional Marketing Executive
The Role

The main responsibilities of the position include:
Define and create country-specific marketing strategies.
Manages and executes engaging country-specific social media content, ensuring alignment with the Company's brand guidelines and business objectives.
Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across the Italian market.
Coordinates with agencies, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
Collaborates with Marketing, Design, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Country Business Development Manager.
Main requirements
Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excelent Italian speaker and excellent knowledge of English
Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) is considered an advantage
Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and ability to multitask
Dynamic and target oriented
