Base Pay/Salary: New York, NY $94,050.00-$150,000.00

Job Description As an Associate within our Consumer and Community organization, you will be critical in the support of our newly created first line credit function for the Business Banking organization.

Job Responsibilities

Manage, evaluate and support risk assessment processes.

Develop and implement workflows to support consumer lending decisions, ensuring comprehensive documentation and transparency.

Engage in strategic collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders to align objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Strong understanding of credit/financial documentation.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
