The Ark is seeking a
Social Media & Content Coordinator Intern
to support the execution, organization, and publishing of digital content across Instagram and LinkedIn.
This is a
hands-on internship
designed for students looking to gain real experience in:
Content marketing
Brand building
Event-based media
Faith-centered community initiatives
This role focuses on
coordination, publishing, and content flow.
CORE OBJECTIVE
Ensure content is
organized, scheduled, and published on time
Support the execution of The Ark’s content strategy
Assist in building a
structured, scalable content system
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Scheduling & Publishing (Primary)
Upload and schedule posts on:
Instagram
LinkedIn
Ensure proper formatting (captions, tags, spacing)
Maintain posting consistency based on weekly calendar
2. Content Coordination
Manage content flow between:
Founder (direction + ideas)
Designer
Track status of all posts:
Ensure nothing falls behind or gets missed
3. Notion Content Management
Maintain and update content calendar
Organize:
Captions
Assets
Deadlines
Keep task board accurate and up to date
Format captions for readability and platform style
Make minor edits for clarity (no full copywriting required)
5. Content Support (Light)
Assist in:
Repurposing content across platforms
Posting Stories (when needed)
Highlighting partners, events, and community moments

Part-time (10–15 hours per week)
