
Senior Marketing Specialist

The Senior Specialist, Marketing and Insights develops and executes marketing strategies that support organizational and service line and program goals. This role partners closely with internal clients to address business challenges through strategic marketing consultation and collaboration with marketing and communications teams. The Senior Specialist leads annual service line marketing planning and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels, working with subject matter experts to deliver integrated, data‑informed initiatives. Serving as the primary relationship manager for multiple service lines and programs, the role oversees project communication, execution of marketing tactics, timelines, budgets, and performance reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
Hybrid work arrangement: This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days on-site each week to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders while maintaining flexibility for remote work.
Job Responsibilities Service Line Relationship Management
Serve as the primary marketing relationship manager for multiple service lines and programs, building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Manage client expectations, proactively identify risks or issues, and elevate as appropriate.
Communicate project status, performance, and results to clients and marketing leadership.
Annual Service Line Marketing Planning and Execution
Develop and execute annual integrated marketing plans and messaging strategies for divisions and service lines, with a focus on patient/family and subspecialist audiences.
Partner with channel experts across paid, owned, and earned media to design and activate integrated plans.
Lead marketing and communications teams in executing plan tactics, including digital marketing, content development, direct marketing, and advertising.
Strategic Marketing Consultation and Execution
Provide strategic marketing consultation to service lines to address business challenges and achieve goals.
Collaborate with clients to define objectives and deliver proactive, solution‑oriented marketing and communications counsel.
Identify marketing opportunities in partnership with paid, owned, and earned channel experts.
Serve as marketing project manager, ensuring initiatives align with client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
