Remote B2B Marketing Executive

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP, B2B Marketing – REMOTE. In this strategic and execution-oriented role, you will drive demand, market adoption, and revenue growth across employer and health plan segments. As a critical member of the marketing leadership team, your focus will be on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that position essential solutions for improving population health. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Client Relations, Product, and Growth Operations to accelerate pipeline and deepen client adoption. Your understanding of healthcare buyers will enable you to build scalable programs that translate complex value propositions into compelling narratives.

Accountabilities

Define and execute the B2B marketing vision and roadmap aligning marketing investment with company growth and revenue goals across employer and payer markets

Segment target audiences and tailor go-to-market strategies accordingly

Establish positioning and messaging that articulates clinical, financial, and experiential value

Leverage marketing analytics to track marketing initiative ROI and adjust GTM strategies

Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs

Optimize marketing funnel performance, including conversion and attribution

Design and execute account-based marketing strategies for strategic accounts

Partner with Sales to support complex buying cycles

Develop sales enablement tools and content to influence stakeholders

Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions

Build and lead a high-performing B2B marketing organization

Establish KPIs and marketing analytics to drive data-informed decisions

Manage budget allocation to maximize ROI across channels

Requirements

12–15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles

Proven success in B2B marketing, preferably targeting health plans or employers

Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth

Experience launching new products and scaling revenue

Familiarity with supplemental benefits, digital health, or population health solutions

Expertise in demand generation and integrated marketing strategy

Strong understanding of healthcare economics and buyer personas

Exceptional storytelling ability to translate clinical and financial value

Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics

Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
