Marketing Intern
The Marketing Intern will support Hillpointe’s marketing efforts by working across digital, property, and corporate marketing teams to execute campaigns and maintain brand consistency across the portfolio. This role helps connect strategy and execution by assisting with content, campaigns, and property-level initiatives that drive traffic and leasing performance. Provides exposure to how different marketing functions collaborate to support new developments, stabilize communities, and elevate the overall brand.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, and ILS platforms
Support updates and audits of property websites, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
Help manage and schedule social media content for both corporate and property pages
Conduct regular ILS audits (pricing, concessions, amenities, photos, and descriptions)
Track and report on key performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement)
Participate in cross-functional meetings with digital, property, and corporate teams
Provide general administrative and project support to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as impressions, CPL, ILS, SEO, SEM conversion rate, NER, PPC, etc.
Familiarity with Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), social media platforms, and basic analytics tools.
Preferred but not required: familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or reporting tools like Google Analytics.
High School Diploma required

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing.
Occasional standing, walking, bending, or lifting light materials (up to 15–25 pounds), such as marketing materials or office supplies.
Visual ability to read screens, review digital content, and analyze marketing materials.

Work Environment
Primarily working in an office or remote/hybrid environment with standard business hours.
Work is performed in a climate-controlled setting with minimal physical discomfort.
Requires regular use of computers, software platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
May occasionally attend meetings, events, or photoshoots as needed.
Fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
Schedule may require flexibility to support campaign timelines or special projects.
