Field Marketing Executive End User Automotive
Role: Identify key end users and convert them to the Milwaukee brand through joint sales meetings with distributors or on their behalf.

Responsibilities

Work in the Lower Silesian, Opole, and Lubusz regions.

Manage a portfolio of clients in line with the company’s business strategy and set goals.

Present the range of tools and accessories to new and existing customers to build long‑term sales relationships.

Present effective solutions and provide technical support for Milwaukee’s innovative product and service range.

Conduct training for end users on competitive advantages and safe product use.

Ensure continuous promotion of all company products and services through regular contact with existing and potential clients and track potential clients for new business opportunities.

Maintain high level of market, product and application knowledge.

Collect market information on competitors.

Participate in trade fairs, shows, exhibitions and corporate events.

Perform any other tasks as directed by the line manager.

Qualifications

At least one year of B2B sales experience with successful results and a focus on end‑user/commodity sales.

Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of it, preferably in tools and accessories.

Proactive attitude, technical skills, willingness to learn, and apply knowledge in practice.

Desire to develop a career in an innovative company.

Negotiation skills and highly developed interpersonal and communication abilities.

Strong proficiency in the Office suite.

Excellent organization, systematic work and ability to set priorities.

Openness and willingness to work in a dynamic, expanding team.

Independence and focus on new business opportunities.

English language – communicative level.

Valid driver’s licence category B.
