We are seeking a detail‑oriented, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and communications initiatives.
Position Summary
Under management direction, the Marketing Coordinator performs a variety of marketing, communications, and administrative functions to support RHI's brand, outreach, and promotional efforts. This role requires strong writing skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Communications
Create, edit, design, and write press releases, newsletters, brochures, flyers, promotional materials, advertisements, and internal communications
Support weekly and special publications
Develop compelling, concise messaging that aligns with RHI's brand
Digital & Social Media Management
Maintain and update RHI's website and social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Capture photography and visual content to support campaigns
Increase engagement, visibility, and traffic for inpatient and outpatient services
Event Marketing & Promotions
Support special events including:
Patients of the Year celebration
National Rehabilitation Week
Anniversary activities
Promotional functions and presentations
Assist with photography, promotion, and on‐site coordination
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing campaigns
Compile statistical data and generate reports
Coordinate market research initiatives
Support special marketing projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Public Relations preferred)
Direct experience in marketing, public relations, or sales required (healthcare experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong journalistic writing skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Comfortable conducting hospital tours and engaging with diverse audiences
