Job Title Marketing Director - Assisted & Independent Living Marketing Director Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Director to lead marketing and outreach efforts for our Assisted and Independent Living community. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive occupancy, increase community awareness, and maintain strong referral relationships. Marketing Director Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, families, and the local community. Manage digital marketing, advertising, and events to promote the community. Collaborate with leadership to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals. Track leads, tours, and move‑ins using CRM software. Marketing Director Qualifications 3+ years of marketing or sales experience in senior living or healthcare. Active AL assessors license OR a degree in a healthcare‑related field to obtain AL Assessor Certificate via DHSS. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
