IB Marketing - Marketing Specialist

Your role
Do you have a passion for developing and executing marketing campaigns? Are you known for your project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects? We're looking for someone like that to:

work collaboratively with the marketing team and business sponsors to deliver marketing projects across the Investment Bank to meet key strategic objectives

support the development of client‑facing marketing initiatives and campaigns, generating new ideas with a focus on digital channel execution

oversee updates to marketing collateral including design, approvals and global distribution, and regularly review and analyze campaign performance

work collaboratively with partners in internal communications, group branding, corporate communications, press office, external agency partners, in‑house events team and third‑party events

manage social media and content marketing strategy for campaigns on the IB LinkedIn channel, edit and curate content, generate new ideas and review performance

Qualifications

ideally 5‑8 years of experience in financial services marketing, preferably for institutional, B2B or B2B2C clients

previous experience at a global bank, asset manager, or marketing agency focused on financial services

strong project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines

the ability to keep up to speed on industry trends to suggest new ideas

an eye for design and branding

strong digital marketing capabilities with the ability to measure, interpret and summarize marketing analytics

a hunger to learn with the initiative to find answers and fill in the gaps

Salary information
New York: the salary range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 (USD).
