Job Overview The Marketing Analytics Administration role involves managing and analyzing marketing data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of marketing analytics systems, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing performance.
Responsibilities End-to-end campaign list operations: interpreting campaign requests, orchestrating timelines and priorities, and ensuring accurate audience selection and delivery at scale.
Deep expertise in Unica Campaign, advanced SQL, and automation of recurring build processes.
Experience with Adobe – FAC/CDP/AJO systems (a plus).
Collaborate closely with marketing partners and other Martech personnel to deliver on‑time and continuously improve campaign workflows.
Manage IBM Campaign/Unica usage.
Utilize SQL for data analysis.
Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
Apply project management skills.
Use Workfront platform.
Multi‑task in high‑stress environment.
Leverage Adobe FAC/AJO/AEP as appropriate.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Pay Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr on W2.
