Position Overview
VP Racing is seeking a paid Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team at our Texas Headquarters (San Antonio, Texas). This internship provides hands‑on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, brand development, and campaign execution. The intern will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and assisting in digital and traditional marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain real‑world marketing experience in a fast‑paced, high‑performance industry.
This position pays $15.00 an hour and runs from the end of May to the end of August. 100% in‑office, Monday‑Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Support content creation, including social media posts, email marketing, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in website updates, SEO optimization, and digital ad performance tracking.
Help coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, and promotional events.
Work with the creative team to develop graphics, videos, and marketing collateral.
Maintain and update the marketing database, asset library, and customer contact lists.
Assist with public relations efforts, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
Assist with project management and tracking.
Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Passion for branding, marketing, and the automotive/racing industry is a plus.
