We are looking for a people person who is creative, has good communication skills, and likes helping people organize their homes. Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives. As a Closets by Design Designer, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home, receive pre-set appointments with clients near your location, and complete comprehensive sales and design training. No experience is required. Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs. Walk through the home to assess opportunities. Educate customers on our products and services. Follow Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs. Requirements No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed. We are looking for coachable candidates. Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training. Reliable access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
