Role Overview
Unpaid Internship (Potential Paid Role After Review)

Remote-Friendly (U.S. preferred; Global applicants welcome)

15–20 hrs/week minimum, flexible

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Posting

Manage and schedule daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn , and YouTube Shorts for both Donnia Marie and Imagine Ink brand properties

Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, trailers, audiograms, behind-the-scenes) for books, audiobooks, film/TV projects, brand launches, and events

Create branded graphics, quote cards, and promotional visuals using Canva or Adobe tools

Community Engagement

Engage daily with audiences via comments, DMs, and community posts across all platforms

Monitor and respond to brand mentions and tags

Collaborate with CEO and Executive Coordinator to develop engagement campaigns for book launches, coaching programs, and brand events

Ads, Analytics, & Growth Tracking

Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics across platforms; provide weekly performance reports

Suggest optimizations for content strategy based on analytics and platform trends

Understands ads & marketing for IG, FB & TikTok (preferred)

Influencer & Media Outreach

Assist in identifying and contacting influencers, bloggers, and content creators for partnerships

Help prepare influencer seeding kits for books and IP promotions

Maintain outreach tracker for media and influencer relationships

Cross-Brand Content Strategy

Adapt content for different brand voices (luxury lifestyle, publishing, entertainment, philanthropy)

Coordinate with Marketing & Advertising Intern to ensure paid ads align with organic content

Assist in live event coverage (virtual and in-person) for festivals, premieres, and book signings

Ideal Candidate

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn , and emerging platforms

Video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite preferred)

Creative thinker with an understanding of storytelling & brand consistency

Comfortable juggling multiple brands and voices within the same ecosystem

Proactive problem solver who can pivot quickly when trends shift

Understands ads & marketing for IG, FB & TikTok (preferred)
