Leasing Agent

Winstar Properties is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and dependable Leasing Agent to support our leasing operations across multiple residential properties.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to break into the real estate industry from the ground up. While this is an entry-level role, were looking for people who think like leaders organized, proactive, and eager to grow.If you love checklists, paperwork, and helping people find their homes (and can do it all while staying calm under pressure), this job is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport leasing operations across various propertiesAssist in conducting unit tours and showing apartments to potential tenantsFloat between properties to provide leasing and administrative support as neededPrepare and manage lease paperwork, renewals, and application filesEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws (Fair Housing, etc.)Communicate with prospective tenants, current residents, vendors, and team membersPerform general office tasks including data entry, scanning, and document managementMaintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communicationsLearn and follow all company policies, systems, and leasing proceduresQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredMust have reliable transportation and willingness to float between propertiesStrong communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and work independentlyPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and growPrevious experience in customer service, real estate, or administrative work is a plusBilingual candidates encouraged to applyCompensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $18 per hour + commissionsHealth Benefits: Medical, Vision, and FSARetirement: 401(k) ProgramPaid Time Off:5 PTO Days/Year6 Sick Days/YearPaid HolidaysExtras: Team outings, company-sponsored events, and growth opportunities.Winstar Properties is a Los Angeles-based real estate investment and property management firm.
