Service Porter/Customer Service

At Pat Armstrong Ford, we take pride in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. Our Service Porter/Customer Service team plays a crucial role in connecting with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless service visit for our guests. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking them to the correct person for their appointment. Additionally, the role involves picking up and delivering guests' vehicles for service appointments, shuttling our guests to the local area while their vehicle is in service, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle and rental vehicles, including fueling and reporting any mechanical issues or damages, keeping track of vehicle locations on the lot and maintaining lot tidiness, cleaning vehicles for sales and service departments, moving and parking cars on the lot, managing various tasks daily to ensure great customer service and smooth operations, being a team player, and being tech-savvy to operate dispatching and map apps on mobile phones. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in customer service (preferred), a valid driver's license, and being 18 years or older. Why join our team?
