Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, savvy with Microsoft Excel, and experienced working in an ERP system. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy and supporting daily business operations. Our client, a locally operated manufacturing and distribution company based in Hatfield, PA, specializing in high-quality ice products. Data Entry Specialist Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and ERP systems Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, sorting, and basic reporting) Generate routine reports as needed Maintain confidentiality and data security standards Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve data issues Data Entry Specialist Qualifications: Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables a plus) Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle repetitive tasks with speed and precision Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
