Production & Fulfillment Associate
spotLESS Materials is an exciting startup spinning out multifunctional anti-fouling coating technology developed by Penn State researchers with the mission of using technology to make a positive global impact across numerous industries. Based in Centre Hall, PA, spotLESS Materials is currently seeking candidates for a Production & Fulfillment Associate position to support our company's product manufacturing and order fulfillment operations. This is a full-time, entry-level position. Responsibilities Label, bottle, shrink wrap and inventory products Box and fulfill orders Perform other product manufacturing and fulfillment activities, such as receive, sort, load, and unload production materials Use online software to manage and print shipping labels and manifests Follow all company, laboratory safety, and hygiene regulations Requirements Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time Attention to detail with excellent communication skills Ability to respond to verbal and written direction Work effectively as part of a team Good problem-solving skills Ability to learn and use computer software programs Physical dexterity and ability to perform inventory, manufacturing, packing, shipping, and receiving duties Frequent bending and stretching to pack and move items and regular lifting of items up to 30 pounds is required Familiarity/working knowledge of laboratory safety is a plus spotLESS Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
