Director of Food and Beverage
Opportunity to lead an extraordinary team of food and beverage professionals in crafting and executing world-class dining experiences. Ensure visitors and guests are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of our food and beverage offerings, and our culinary reputation is second to none in our market. As a member of our Executive Team, you will have accountability for all food and beverage departments and be a champion of the brand and our values. Responsibilities include developing and executing innovative food and beverage strategies, managing and inspiring a talented team of culinary and service professionals, remaining personally responsible for maximizing quality levels of product, service, and guest satisfaction, and maintaining and championing the Auberge Collection culture. Pay Range: $140,000k - $160,000k Qualifications include three or more years experience in food and beverage operations, proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams, experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail, strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis, and demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
