
Program Manager, Sales Operations

This role serves as a direct extension of the Regional Vice President, acting as a force multiplier to drive execution, alignment, and accountability across the region. You will translate strategy into action and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively in the field. You will partner closely with Sales Managers, Agent Experience (AE), and Marketing Advisors (MA) to ensure regional priorities are executed with consistency and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the RVP’s right hand in executing regional priorities
Translate meetings and strategy into clear action plans with ownership and timelines
Track progress and ensure accountability across field teams
Identify execution gaps and proactively solve them
Lead cross‑functional initiatives that drive agent growth and platform adoption
Improve operational efficiency and scalability across the region
Support the RVP and Director of Operations in regional management and continuous improvement
Ensure clear communication and alignment between leadership and field teams
Coordinate and implement trainings and field support initiatives
Manage priorities and optimize the RVP’s focus on highest‑impact work
Driving cost savings and operational efficiencies across the business
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years in real estate operations, sales leadership, or similar roles
Proven ability to execute through others and drive outcomes
Real Estate experience preferred but not required
High ownership mentality and proactive problem‑solving
Strong field credibility with sales teams
Execution‑focused with a bias toward action
Structured thinker who can turn ideas into plans
Comfortable pushing back and refining strategy
Initiatives are executed on time with measurable results
Strong alignment and accountability across teams
Increased agent productivity and engagement
Gaps are identified early and solved quickly
This position is 100% in office.
Compensation The salary pay range for this position is base pay of $115,000 – $130,000 annually; bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is market‑based and minimum wage will always be met.
