part-time seasonal Reservation Center Agent ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. We are a customer‑service oriented, fast‑paced but laid‑back environment, and we offer competitive pay and golf benefits.
Compensation:
$17–$18.50 hr
Position Summary This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while making reservations in the Premier/Troon Golf Reservation Center. Agents will answer calls, schedule tee‑time reservations, and provide general information for all Premier/Troon Golf managed facilities. The reservation center agents are often the first point of contact for our customers, so we seek individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Attention to detail
Knowledge of golf
Outgoing personality and positive attitude
Ability to multi‑task
Computer experience
Professionalism
Must be available to work 16–32 hours a week
Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
