Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture Planning: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains. Align architecture strategies with business objectives and transformation goals. Legacy System Discovery & Modernization:
Lead the discovery and assessment of legacy systems, identifying technical debt, risks, and business dependencies. Recommend modernization strategies (e.g., rehost, re-platform, refactor, retire). Solution Architecture & Roadmapping:
Design target-state architectures and guide solution development across platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop phased roadmaps for application transformation or decommissioning. Technology Governance & Standards:
Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and governance frameworks. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a strategic advisor to business and IT leadership. Facilitate architecture reviews, workshops, and decision-making processes. Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical strategy roles. Demonstrated experience leading discovery and transformation initiatives involving legacy systems. Strong understanding of enterprise integration, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and infrastructure modernization approaches. Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA, Visio). Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
