Senior PERSEC Specialist
TSA is currently seeking a Senior Personnel Security Specialist to support our NAVAIR customer in the DC Metro area.
Roles / Responsibilities This individual will provide personnel security support including clearance validation, access control, security file management, and processing of Program Access Requests.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years experience supporting personnel security programs in DoD environments.
Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR and SCI eligibility.
Baseline Certifications / Training
SFPC or PSC

Compensation and Benefits TSA is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employees. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
