Service Desk Analyst - Kansas City, MO (Onsite 5 days)

Requires 2+ years of IT support with Tier 1 troubleshooting, O365, and ticketing systems (SysAid, ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy).
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role onsite at Lockton's Plaza office. Offering up to $60K base salary, depending on experience. Work authorization required: U.S. Citizens only (not open to visa holders such as H1B, H4, OPT, or TN).
