In this role, you will be expected to:
Call and nurture new leads immediately upon receipt
Provide virtual demos to prospective clients and convert them into new accounts
Develop a deep understanding of the system and submit bug and feature requests as appropriate
Upsell software features to existing clients
Test new software features before public releaseCold call when there is down time
Find creative new ways to generate leads
Provide mentorship and guidance to the team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity
Be adaptive and strike a good balance between speed and efficiency
90% hands-on inside sales and account management
Provide backup for the support team when needed
Perform other duties required by Management
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of hands on inside sales or account management experience
Extensive knowledge of prospecting and closing strategies
Ability to perform in a high-energy high-expectation environment
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
