The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in the e-commerce industry, and a track record of delivering measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
:
Manage a portfolio of e-commerce accounts/clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
Provide continuous support, guidance, and problem‑solving for clients.
Strategy and Planning
:
Lead the strategic planning for clients’ e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and present comprehensive e-commerce strategies and roadmaps to clients.
Create detailed project and implementation plans for client projects, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
Project Management
:
Manage all client e-commerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality execution.
Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including teams in marketing, design, IT, and third‑party vendors.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Coordination with E-Commerce Platforms
:
Liaise between clients and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle day‑to‑day coordination with e-commerce platforms, including negotiations and resolving operational issues.
Work closely with platform representatives to align on promotional campaigns, feature updates, and partnership opportunities.
Store Management
:
Manage clients’ e-commerce stores, ensuring optimal performance in areas such as product listings, pricing updates, and campaign participation.
Coordinate with third‑party contractors and vendors who assist in store management (e.g., graphic designers, product fulfillment partners).
Ensure stores are compliant with platform guidelines and optimized for promotions.
Data and Analytics
:
Analyze client data and e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Create and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
Use data to inform strategic decisions and help clients achieve their e-commerce goals.
Live Selling Operations
:
Supervise the live selling operations of Emporia Group’s e-commerce unit.
Develop processes for monitoring and optimizing live selling performance.
Lead the training and development of live sellers to ensure high standards of performance and consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts and platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams and third‑party vendors.
In‑depth knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, live selling operations, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong client and platform relationships.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
Experience in the Philippine e-commerce landscape.
Familiarity with live selling techniques and tools.
