Required Skills
J.D. required with 10+ years of professional experience
6+ years in estate planning, trust administration, risk, or wealth planning within a law firm, trust company, bank, or financial services industry
Experience with complex trust and estate planning documents, tax implications, and trust law
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and display initiative
Proven ability to guide and train diverse audiences in fiduciary principles and trust procedures
Nice to Have Skills
CTFA, CFP, or LLM designations
Experience with document automation tools like HotDocs
Client‑facing experience, including taking trust‑related client calls
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Preferred Education and Experience
Advanced legal education (e.g., JD, LLM)
6+ years of relevant trust, estate planning, or trust administration experience
Trust company or law firm background preferred
Estate paralegal experience is a plus, especially if familiar with trust documents and client interaction
Estimated Min Rate: $38.50
Estimated Max Rate: $55.00
