Senior Cloud Solutions Architect
to lead cloud architecture and transformation initiatives for enterprise systems. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable cloud solutions while aligning technology strategy with business goals. The position is hybrid and requires local presence in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain cloud application and infrastructure architectures aligned with business objectives Lead cloud migration strategies from on-prem to AWS and/or GCP environments Build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models Implement and validate cloud migrations, ensuring data integrity and performance Establish and enforce cloud security, compliance, and governance standards Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions Provide architectural guidance for
AI/ML and Deep Learning initiatives
across AWS, GCP, and Azure Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience architecting enterprise application solutions (on-prem & cloud) 8+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Google Cloud) Strong experience designing
cloud-native architectures Expertise in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS service models Hands-on experience with
AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning
using AWS or GCP services Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Preferred Skills Networking knowledge (VPNs, DNS, load balancers, firewalls) Cloud security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA) CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Programming/scripting experience (Python, Java, C#) Microservices, serverless architecture, and API management Experience with AWS SageMaker or Google Vertex AI Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Architect) Work Arrangement Hybrid:
