Utilizes available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement. Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures. Determines most useful business solutions for the company. Recommends alternative solutions to management as to courses of action that best meet the organization's goals.
Experience:
o 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations or as B2B Business Analyst, preferably in marketing, sales operations, or a related domain.
o Strong experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in creating process maps and system flow diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
o Experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketing Automation Platforms, and Digital Media Platforms.
o Strong knowledge of B2B revenue funnels and B2B campaign best practices.
o Proficiency in SQL to query data.
Core Competencies:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional workshops and discussions.
