
Pr ProServe Account Executive - Financial Services, NAMER FINANCIAL SERVICES

Key Responsibilities
Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation.
Execute long‑term strategic customer transformation roadmaps.
Develop unified account and pursuit plans that align with the AWS account team (direct sales).
Establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups, securing executive sponsorship of programs.
Build an internal network at AWS, including the Account Team, Partner team, Finance, and Legal.
Act as a strategic advisor and expert on the intersection of customers’ business and the cloud ecosystem.
Create proposals, secure customer sign‑off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor ongoing projects to deliver agreed business outcomes and maximize revenue potential.
Advocate for customers while balancing AWS business objectives.
Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets in alignment with AWS ProServe business objectives.
Support scaling through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team.
Travel up to 50% to customer sites as required.
Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise commercial sales experience.
Proven track record exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach.
Experience presenting to, and negotiating with, C‑level executives and key stakeholders such as IT, procurement, finance, and legal.
Background in technology‑related account management or field sales roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience building and maintaining C‑level client relationships.
Knowledge of AWS services.
Strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures.
Preferred: Experience solving complex business challenges with financial modeling and analysis that demonstrate tangible impact on business.
Preferred: Experience in the financial services industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is US$187,000 – US$253,000 annually, with additional compensation through sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
