Assistant Regional Manager - GSI - Baltimore, MD
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid.
Training new hires following training manually.
Updating unit status.
Adjusting rates.
Handling customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move‑outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
