How You’ll Make an Impact
Architect Seamless Onboarding: Gather and collate critical data for new accounts and renewals to ensure precision in premium assessments.
Champion Agency Success: Act as a dedicated resource for agencies, streamlining licensing, onboarding, and training while resolving queries.
Ensure Payment Integrity: Review claim payments for accuracy, remediating duplicate payments or incorrect payees to maintain compliance.
Optimize Policy Lifecycles: Lead diverse servicing activities, including renewals, reinstatements, and disbursement of maturity amounts.
Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Process Leads to manage workflows and create robust SOPs using the Microsoft Suite and GWCC systems.
What You Bring to the Team
Insurance Expertise: 3+ years of working knowledge of underwriting support, policy administration, and risk classification.
Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated attention to detail with proven experience in claims analysis and basic root cause analysis.
Communication Excellence: Professional writing and verbal skills to document processes and engage with stakeholders effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office; hands‑on experience with GWCC or a similar claims management system is required.
The Details & Benefits
Compensation: $28.00/hour with a consistent daytime schedule.

Salary: $26 - $28 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM. Education: Bachelors.
